Is taking 40grams of SN too much?

Should I just stick to the amount recommended by the PPeH? I am heavier and taller than the average person.

I think 40 gram is overkill. You're increasing the possibility of throwing up.

PPH says 35gm if over 100kg, otherwise id just trust in the 25gm. SN seems very lethal and you don't want to vomit
