Before lurking these forums a little over a week ago I had never heard of this method. I keep seeing guides onto when to use all the equipment (though I keep losing their place). I don't have a prescription for any antiemetic and need to order some SN, which I believe I've seen you can order via Amazon.

Just to give you a little understanding I'm bipolar and have had suicidal thoughts pretty much daily for the past 13 years (about half my life). I just want to be at peace finally. Anymore information that can be provided on this method will be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure N is, but it's become harder to get as of late, which is why SN has had a spike in popularity. Combined with a strong benzo or opioid, SN could be a good alternative to N.

Welcome to Sanctioned Suicide :)

There's basically just one Guide , Stan's .

Then there are many many question and more details in the FAQ . This will answer all those antiemetics / antacids / how long to fast etc . Then there are members who ctbed or attempted with SN and what they described .

I think what appeals to most people about the SN method is that it's easy to follow through on. Other methods like hanging, or jumping, or cutting your wrists is a lot harder. Even if you can mentally commit yourself to doing these, it's harder to follow through because they are terrifying and it goes against every natural instinct you have to avoid pain. But with SN the painful part comes after you've already committed to doing it.

That's what drew my attention towards it too, the ability to obtain it. I am prescribed kolonopin so I hope that works.
