Is sn a reliable method?

sn seems like a really 'popular' method nowadays. is it reliable?

Not a whole lot of reports of failure if you "do it right" - follow the protocol, get the right antiemetics and acid reducers. The big upside I see to this method is that it has a minimal risk of serious, permanent injury for failure.

Seems to be reliable according to the peaceful pill, theres also a few news articles and medical reports of people dying or nearly dying from it. Plus people on this forum have died from it so I trust it

At least 6 members can be verified to have been successful and afaik all 4 of Exit's. However, at least 2 members posted of vomiting and failing after taking stat dose of antiemetic (AE). In all the other many member failures, AE wasn't taken. Hopefully PN publishes some new info soon.

My question is can you still ensure success even when vomiting, without meto. Some of us can't take meto due to it reacticing with other medications.
