Is secondary drowning feasible in adults?

Kind of like inhaling water... even if I need to mix the water with something (is there any possibility?)
I already had pneumonia, I know it's not easy... but I'm getting more and more options

Look up shallow water drowning. I've read about that method here. It involves hyperventilating, then dunking your face underwater and passing out.
