I haven't really made the decision yet but I wanna know just in case. I got 2 bottles of quetiapine i got prescribed some time ago for anxiety but couldn't take it because it made me incredibly sleepy. Do you think it would be enough to take some, following with SN so all the unpleasant stuff happens while I'm already asleep? I don't have access to benzos and antiemetics and I'm terrible at lying so I don't think I could get a doctor to prescribe these for me.

Basically the materials other than SN are recommended but not essential. If you feel like quetiapine helps you to overcome the anxiety and fear, it's good to take it. I don't think it's a good idea to use it only to sleep during the process. You need to take the second glass if you vomit. It's impossible if you are asleep or less conscious.

I think you'd be able to sleep. I'm not sure how quickly it works for you but I take quetiapine for insomnia and I usually sleep around 30 minutes to an hour after taking it. So you should probably time the quetiapine around an hour before ingesting the SN to pass out before all the unpleasant stuff happens.

Btw if you're concerned about having no antiemetic, Stan's guide mentions quetiapine as an alternative cuz it has the same mechanism of action as meto. I linked a thread that details specifics about quetiapine but the main thing is that the antiemetic effects only happen after 2-6 weeks with a dose of at least 300 mg (although some people in the comments linked a study saying there is some D2 antagonism at 50 mg which is more reasonable dose). But it's a long time to be taking a medication you don't need to function and if you don't wanna spend that much time experiencing side effects that's understandable.

Probably? If it puts you to sleep like me, you may still vomit, just make sure you do the fast.
