Prague powder is about 6.25% nitrites and nitrates, the rest is salt and FD&C red 30 dye for the pink color. You won't be able to absorb a high enough dose of nitrite, and would likely die of slow dehydration and cell damage (like just killing yourself with a big bag of salt).
