Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

i believe metoclopramide is preferred due to potential gastric emptying action, but ondansetron has been shown to be clinically effective as well. if i only use ondansetron (availability to me) do you think it would go over well and why?

I don't think it will be as effective but better than nothing. Ondansetron does give some effect after one dose but typically require 1-4 days of use for the full effect. Personally I would take it twice a day 4-5 prior.
one thing to note here is that ondansetron does not have a prokinetic effect and will not accelerate gastric emptying, which is why metoclopramide is recommended. it works on a completely different receptor.
that being said, it's an antiemetic, so it should help keep you from vomiting. just won't be the exact same as what meto is doing in the "usual" sn protocol.
