Near impossible to get. We'd all be dead by now if it was easy to obtain. One can only dream...
Lots of scammers out there regarding N. Even if you had a lot of money they'd take your money and run.

It is definitely possible to get N. Actually, it's even more favourable than back in the days. There is more opportunities, more choices. The merchants have improved with upgraded services, they're a lot closer to be pro than before, even if still awkward and left to be desired on some aspects
However, there are configurations which won't be wise to proceed and there are other ones which could be unsafe if taken lightly without knowing what to do properly, so it's not advised for everyone. Recklessly it can be achieved, but that may only lead to troubles. But after educated and if the right context matches, then absolutely feasable. Although, let's admit it's not even close to the acquisition of other methods (SN, Debreather) but requires investment, mostly in time & energy.
