Help Is my SN still good?

I dug out my SN that I had bought 2 years ago. It had hardened, so I gave it a shake and it's back to powder. I never opened it and it's still sealed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, it should be fine as long as it was kept away from moisture. Yellowing and clumping is normal.

test it with blood and if it turns brown it is probably still potent

Not just brown, it has to be dark chocolate brown.

Would nitrAte also turn the blood dark brown? Someone the other day was saying the blood test is pointless because it won't distinguish nitrite from nitrate
