Is jumping kind of fun?

Seems weird to think but there must be some excitement to it with all that adrenaline. To feel more alive than you've ever felt before. I think this only applies to really high spots. If you fall 2 seconds, there's no time to experience it.
I mean not really unless you are drunk or smth cause it might seem fun and shit now but when you are actually about to do it it's scary asff (ofc from my experience)
I really don't think so, jumping sounds like such a terrifying method to me as even if one has awareness that suicide is the most logical option, they are still programmed to survive, it's like the survival instinct exists just to prolong suffering and keep us trapped here. I think that those who went through with the jumping method were desperate and determined, I admire their courage.

Hell no. It is completely different if you know you are literally gonna splash onto the concrete you are falling towards or knowing you won't be harmed at all

No. Survival instinct kicks in and you start to panic, since you know you're going to die. Stories where people survive jumping is what keeps me from not doing it. Real fucking nightmare fuel.
I had a few falls while mountaineering, when I was (a lot) younger, and basically you don't have time to think. You just make the instinctive moves you have been trained to make in such situations. It doesn't even hurt at the time, as your body immediately releases natural pain suppressants. (The pain comes later.) Of course, falls like that usually happen when you are not expecting them, which is different from jumping, but my guess is that you won't really have time to think even then.

Adneralin is not a pleasure-producing hormone, it triggers in order to be able to defend yourself in threatening situations. It can also be triggered by trauma.
I don't think I'd enjoy it but then- I don't even like the feeling of falling on a rollercoaster. I think I'd be worrying about the landing too much to enjoy it...

doubt it. i imagine it's like sex. if you want it it's great if you don't, it can be highly unpleasant. but sure i'm sure you will feel that shot of adrenaline on the 10 sec way down, mixed with either relief or regret as people that survived often recount.
I read some people instantly regret jumping while on the way down. That's probably the worst thing it can happen. You feel alive, maybe for the first time in your life, but you know that in a few seconds you will die.
It might be a quick way to die, but it terrifies me. I am scared of what my body would look like and how many people would be disgusted by it. I want some dignity (if it's even possible in death).

i think the worst thing when you fall is how powerless you feel. you had to overcome your si and now you realize what you just did. you have no control over your trajectory, and you see the floor coming at high speed.
the impact is violent (you feel a shockwave coming through your body) but you don't immediately feel the pain, only minutes after.
and when i was at the hospital after that i had morphine induced ultra realistic nightmares of me falling again. probably the worst panic attacks in my life.
Yeah, what the fuck? Why would a particularly brutal method of suicide be fun? How long has op actually been a human for? Sure, it is probably fun if you're in a thrillseeking headspace and are about to land on something bouncy or if a springy rope is attached to your legs with safety harnesses on you but if you're expecting every bone in your body to shatter, I can't imagine that being "fun". I can't imagine anyone over 5 years old thinking this. I'm wondering what kind of issues does op have, like mentally or in terms of past trauma.

I'm unsure if fun is the right word, but jumping has always seemed the ideal way to go. Preferably off a location with water underneath. Being enveloped by water feels comforting.
This landscape looks like a breathtaking location to die at
