• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Is it worth it? The things i hear about rehab terrify me, you dont get treated as a human anymore, you will be kept in a hospital/rehab center and treated just like a being incapable of thinking for themselves. It might help, but to me it sounds like you are getting brainwashed into having a fake smile or else you have to come back/take medication.

Rehab is for people who need it. Like methadone is there for people who need it. Becasue many people do need it. I've kicked all sorts of tasty habits by choice (running out) and managed. That's not for everyone, though. What're you trying to quit?

In my opinion no. Any inpatient facility will treat you as inhuman and you will likely come out worse. However, I haven't tried every facility in the world. It's very possible that you (or anyone) happened to do your research and find a place that truly helps you have a brighter future. I hope that for anyone who desires it. For me, the thought of going back to a hospital is worse than dying.

I believe this is the only way for me to stop my ctb... at least, I don't feel so lonely at this place

If you are considering rehab and wanting to seek help, then I think you should at least look into your options. Never CTB if you aren't 100% sure. If there are centers near you, look into them and evaluate if it's a good center and has what you need. Good luck, and I hope you are able to find something good for you❤️

I always say, try every option you are given and that is available before taking any decision. I have been in the ward twice. Both experiences differ. Do not listen to others experiences as they are their own and different things led to those things happening. Just live your own experience and path. Try it if you want to. You do not lose anything by trying to survive.
