I mean, when you're completely hanging with the knot tightening around your neck. Is it possible to stay awake for more than 5 seconds, more than 10, more than 30? Remain conscious until total suffocation? So for 2-3 minutes?

ive seen the videos that have mentioned in one of the previous posts as well, youll actually hear terrible noises coming from them bc of them suffering
