Help is it possible to accept sn without benzo?

hello everyone. I have a question about sn. is it possible to take sn without benzo.having on hand sn, antiemetic and ibuprofen pain pills.

I have the same question. Benzo is kind of really hard to get it online in my country. So yeah, I'm in a bad spot right now.

I think Benzos help with the anxiety of dying and also provide quick sleep.As far as I understand the method you can do it without benzos if you absolutely don't have access to them.You can try adding sedatives to the mix for sleep.But I am hoping someone more knowledgeable can comment on this

I have these pills that knock me out if I take them they have a sedative effect and i think they will help

That might work.As far as I understand the method the only two things which are absolutely essential in SN method are anti emitics(use dopamine blockers as is mentioned in guide) and SN itself.
All the other things are in addition to help with the method(to make it more peaceful)
Ibuoprofien is just used so you don't have any pain just in case and benzos for reliving anxiety and providing sleep (But both of them don't help with the dying process itself

On the protocol the benzos are recommended to take just after the SN. So in my opinion it can't really help a lot with the anxiety because normally they don't start working immediately.

Reiterating: benzos help with anxiety, I'm planning to take just one 1h before the SN not to sleep but because I feel really nauseous when I'm anxious, can't even swallow anything, and I really don't want to risk throwing up because of it. But if you drank SN enough you'll die, it's not necessary, you're the one that should know about your pain or nausea tolerance.

The advantage of benzos is the muscle sedation and quick sleep but it can also be a disadvantage. For example, if you throw up in your sleep and won't be able to take another glass. It's hard to access benzos where I live and the scenario I described kinda scares me so I will be using a strong anxiolytic without sedating effect instead.
