It is ok, PPH recommends 25 g and 800 mg of immediate release propanolol mixed in the nitrite solution to lose consciousness quickly. But I want to mention that the absorption of high doses of sodium nitrite causes a deep unconsciousness. This is said not only by PPH but also by the supplier from which it comes.
