Discussion Is it ok to vape with the SN method?

As title says. I can't find any interactions for nicotine and SN or meto and nicotine. It's just a 2% nicotine vape (no weed) and would help calm me down as I'm counting down the hours. Is this ok, or is there like a cut off point where I should stop vaping?

I don't know for sure but I can't see why not, I know I will be when I finally acquire everything needed for the sn method

@AverageJoe in his sn attempts smoked cigarettes. I'm planning on using my vape certainly since alcohol is off the table. I don't see why it would hurt if you do that normally anyway.

I agree although I do think @AverageJoe ended up failing his SN attempt if I remember correctly
Anyone with knowledge of this method and how nicotine vape can effect it please weigh in, because I'm seriously struggling with withdrawal RN it's not cool haha

Averagejoes first attempt failed because his first attempt he went out for a cigarette collapsed and was shortly found. His second I remember him mentioning smoking inside. He also did capsules I know that's been debated on here. Sorry your struggling and dont have an answer. Wishing you the peace.

Thanks. I think it was the act of going out to smoke after drinking SN, rather than smoking actually being bad for the process

Agreed. I'm no expert but I dont see the two having a negative impact unless you smoke too much and it makes you nauseous or you have a coughing fit that could make you throw up.
