I treated my self the whole week leading up to my day and treated myself on the day too. Its all good to do it so don't think too much into it.

Absolutely- why not? It's debatably the last chance you have to have a human body on this earth. May as well do stuff you find enjoyable- so long as you're mot hurting others of course. I've been spending more on food recently. Not because my CTB is imminent. More because work has been so tough and full on and I need stuff that's quick but nice. I love eating- even though it makes me fat. But, it's been good to eat like a Queen for a while. Don't feel guilty. You deserve to feel as good as you can now.
