Is it just me who's getting those "Server didn't respond in time" errors when I try to send a message in chat?

Ok wow bravo what a way to sabotage me from what futile energy-less efforts I try to socialize with anyone I potentially can trust or bond with at all after always losing or getting betrayed/abandoned/treated like shit by everyone I love

It can only mean 2 things, you're new and you don't have access to chats, or 2 is a site bag, they often happen
