Is it hard to get Paraquat in Europe?

I havent seen any discussions about Paraquat. Any thoughts on the availability and effectiveness?

Banned in EU for about the last 15 years.

It used to be the cause of accidental and suicidal deaths.
I recall newspaper etc. reports, it was extremely painful.

Its banned, but I was wondering how difficult it must be to obtain it, there are people that sell N after all.
Also, would taking a large dosis make everything go faster?
