Is it bad that I’m I still have SN in original box.

I got my SN a couple of weeks ago and haven't taken it out of the box. Could this cause it to degrade or something?

honestly that should be fine as depending on the source the bag in the box is air sealed meaning its hardly going to degrade. Still best to keep the container in a dry and cold environment to decrease its degradation as much as possible.

It can be stored almost indefinitely and is very stable, should be fine even for a couple of years as long as it's in a sealed container.

I think things like this say store in a cool dark area. Good advice for this stuff.
