A few years ago, I was on another board where people recommended this. I recently had a very bad failed attempt, and I used this approach. I am pretty sure that the rationale was that the stomach would have a hard time breaking apart apart so many pills to the point where enough active ingredient would reach the body - and eventually digestion would slow down a lot (potentially).

I think the PPH might have also recommend grinding pills up. It did recommend removing the powder from their capsules (when darvon was available - this was a very old version) - and then just taking the powder with applesauce or some kind of strong drink to get rid of the taste. I guess there was some idea about not slowing down the process of absorption, but I don't know if that's really valid. What do you think? Thank you.

clonazapam, oxycodone, trazodone, propranolol.

Alcohol and GHB were included too. I did not grind up the zofran.

The doses of everything were extremely high. None of it makes sense to me.

Anyway, do people grind up pills or is that unnecessary? Apparently it did not help here.
