Is is normal to not talk to people

I have spent about a week now where i didn't uttre a single word to anyone for the past 2 weeks including my family i don't think it is normal to be isolated for this long i just don't want to exist

i don't know about normal but it's definitely peaceful.

I wouldn't say it's normal and some might even say it's unhealthy. Maybe try getting out for a walk or something?

When i withdraw so much it always makes me feel worse.
