If you tie one end on the door knob and throw the other end over?
Thanks.
Thanks.
Hmm okay... so it is possibleDepends on your height vs the height of the door
A door isn't sturdy enough? It has been done before but I would personally advise against it. You want to make sure that your rig is tethered to something incredibly sturdy.
Thank you for this information.Caution Lena! You must use a solid door. For example the main front door. A interior door can be weak and it can collapsed (sometimes it is only paper, veneer and thin planks).
It really depends on what kind of door we are talking about. Some doors will probably be sturdy enough. Others will break apart at the hinges. Also weight will effect it as well. It's something to think about if you want to be extra cautious.A door isn't sturdy enough?

What happened?I tried it when I was really skinny. Didn't work. I would recommend getting a door pull up bar.
