I've been contemplating this as a plan A method since my previous plan A isn't attainable.
There's a bridge nearby with windows where not many people pass through, Very late and early hours on weekdays. By going there a few times i think i can estimate the best opportunity to jump. I can't swim, but I'm afraid of being "saved".
Doing it in the privacy of my own home will always be better. But i don't have many options and am a coward, so i need something quick or that i can't back out of.

drowning is absolutely not a good idea, but since you choose drowning over any other way out, makes me curious, how did you end up like this? Feel free to vent or open up. I will listen.

You may need to watch the bridge for a while to get an idea about what to expect.

Yeah, lots to consider and fret about. I can't swim either so drowning was my first plan, for this year anyway. Had the spot in mind, it's out of the way and secluded. Planned to drink some (I'm a lightweight), and/or take drugs, wear a weighted vest, possibly ankle & wrist weights also, and walk in during high tide.

But then I began thinking too much about the possibility of my body washing ashore. It being found and my death being investigated, being in the news. Fuck that. Also couldn't decide what to do with my car or how I'd even get to the spot. So yeah, let that go.

In this case, you need a boat that you would scuttle far away from the shore and then jump overboard, perhaps with weights tied to your feet. It takes lot of preparation and guts

Definitely don't have access to a boat or the funds for one! Plus I've never been on a boat alone and would likely panic at night on my own. And again, I'd be a missing person and there'd be chatter. Thank you, though.

This is my method. I'm waiting for the ice to get thicker, then I'm gonna chop a hole and drop my self down into the dark cold water.

I'm almost reluctant to say this but ...I'm impressed. Sounds really intense. Chain me to you and let's go? lol (I'm joking, Idk when I'll be ready to go 😞)
