Help Is anyone else getting a “Page could not be loaded” error when loading the site?

There's a vague message about no internet connection, but I have it other than this. I'm connecting fine otherwise. I still have a mobile connection. Is the Telegram group still up?

I often find I have to keep changing my VPN location to get rid of that message. In addition, it's been fairly routine for the entire site to occasionally go down for many hours at a time.
