Help is 50L helium (99,999 %) enough?

I am thinking of ctb with helium but Idk if it'll work...
The site that is offering helium ( with 99,999 %) is offering the biggest tank with 50 liters
Is that enough when I am using a plastic bag that I'll put over my head and then put the hose in it?
I am scared it wouldn't kill me. again :/
I need a method that is making sure I will defenately die, painless, fast, without suffering.
Do you have any Ideas?

50l is a lot of helium and the tank will be very heavy and difficult to transport ! It's way enough to CTB, but certainly overkill

EDIT: Amish mentioned you might be using liquid Helium, if so, just disregard my comment. You have more than enough.

Unfortunately, that potentially won't be enough. If you follow guides, they'll tell you need to be have at least a gas flow of 15 LPM (liters per minute), and the flow should last at least 10-15 minutes. Doing simple math, that would be 15lpm x 12m (using an average of 10 and 15) = 180 liters. 180 liters of compressed UHP helium. This is if you're really trying to go minimum. So I would suggest not attempting with something that small, because there is a high chance you won't succeed, I believe.

Helium isn't a liquid at compressed form, the measurement is the total empty volume the cylinder can hold.

But I agree it's waaaay to much if it's indeed in a compressed form. It would also be insanely expensive, the cylinder would also weigh 50kg/110 lbs.

Every kind of helium is going to be compressed in some way, simply because it's not feasible nor practical to lug around and distribute that amount of helium at atmospheric pressure. Instead it's stored in cylinders which holds the helium at around 120-200 times the atmospheric pressure, fitting a whole lot more helium in an otherwise smaller vessel.

So a 10 liter cylinder pressurized at 200 bar would hold around 2000liters of helium.

We don't know what kind of helium you have found but we guess the "50liter" is actually the inner volume of an empty cylinder and not the actual amount of pressurized helium. The real amount of such a cylinder would hold around 6000-10 000 liters of helium, an incredible unnecessary amount, which is absolutely overkill and incredibly expensive.

The other alternative Is that you found an incredible small one time use container for blowing balloons etc, which would not be suitable. Is the previously mentioned helium sold in a commercial sense or industrial? Because the first one (6000-10000 liters) would weigh 50kg/110lbs and the other would be light enough to hold in one hand.

The 400-600 liter estimate is still accurate, you just have to differentiate between empty cylinder volume and total compressed volume.

600l is referring to gaseous volume, while the website you are referring to is referring to liquid volume.
