Is 400mg propranalol crushed in SN drink the way to do it for SN method?

I heard it's not necessary anymore, but surely for the heart rate issue it'd be good? Why is it now deemed unnecessary? Otherwise, is it 400 mg propranalol crushed into the drink? Thanks.

You can take it as you please, just check if your body have contraindication. Normal dose is up to 240mg per day; I think I'm gonna take 200mg an hour before SN so I don't puke it all.

Propranolol appears in the blood after 30 minutes and has a maximum effect between 60 and 90 minutes (other source says 1-4 hours) when taken by mouth. Common side effects include nausea, abdominal pain, and constipation. It should not be used in those with an already slow heart rate and most of those with heart failure.

It's a good idea to take propranolol so you feel more comfortable with the effects of SN. I don't know why some people suggest taking propranolol at the same time as SN though, it wouldn't have time to work before you're unconscious. You should take it 45-60 minutes before ingesting SN

I think I'll take it an hour before because it can take 60 mins to work.

How are you going to take the 200mg prior? Crushed in water?

200mg = 5 tablets of 40mg can take these easily. Crushing is unnecessary, it will only make it taste bitter

Still new here, so I'm sorry if this has been answered somewhere else... How long is SN good for once it has been mixed with water? Could I make it a few hours ahead of time?

In PPH it says same time as AE. But in the video demo he mixes the Prop into the SN drink, however that was when he was recommending 2gm of prop before changing to 400mg and even says the video is outdated. So I would go by the written instructions of taking the prop with the AE, 40min to an hour prior to SN
