Is 20cf nitrogen tank enough if using SCBA?

I've read that 20cf is sufficient to ctb, but 40cf gives more buffer room. However, I think what I read was for using an exit bag. I plan to use SCBA, which would be on-demand supply of nitrogen as I breathe, instead of continuous flow through the exit bag. So I would think that means 20cf should be very sufficient? Is my reasoning sound?

A smaller tank would be easier to hide, especially with catching an Uber to/from the gas supply store.

Suffices theoretically probably also practically, but I would take 40cf to have a safety reserve

20cf = 566,33 litres.
