I think a common response to planning to catch the bus is 'think of how much life there is to live' or 'life is so precious'. It's a cliche that does not really help...

...but it's also sort of true, in a strange way; with the way I feel, realizing that I have a limited amount of time, measurable perhaps in weeks or months, I have found my patience to have greatly worn thin.

Meaningless conversations, people unwilling to follow instructions, unwanted impositions on my life or passive-agressive rhetorical questions that lead nowhere just eat up precious time I could be using to either get better, get my affairs in order or make the preparations.

Anybody else feel the same? Just generally being short of patience in connection to planning to catch the bus?
