So I've already got a bunch of medical issues - enlarged heart, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmia, severe high blood pressure, entire colon removed, botched & grotesque abdominal hernia from the colon surgery, depression, anxiety... I've stopped breathing and been in a medical coma for two weeks back in 2017.

Those things, along with legal (civil, not criminal) issues, and other social issues have just torn me down to zero, which is why I'm here, on this forum. I'm done and I'm tired and planning my exit.

You would think that's enough, right? As they say, "but wait, there's more"! Just got results back from my last doctor's visit and guess what? I now have diabetes and potentially blood cancer. I'll have to see the hematologist for more on the blood cancer issue but if that's what it is, it is very slow...

Given all this, why can't something just kill me already?!? This shit is getting old.

Sorry to hear that you are having so many terrible problems. I'm in a horrible nightmare too. They made it so hard for us to escape our pain . They banned all the easy proven methods like nembutal, fentanyl, Dr kervorkian etc .

Yeah I'm here because of chronic pain so I can relate to this.

It robs you of your quality of life until you want to die and the system won't help you. In fact they try to obstruct you. Not a nice way to end up, but it'll be over quite soon I reckon for me.

Yes, the irony! I like to use the, "you just can't make this shit up" line. You're not alone, friend.

Yeah tbh I've had a good life and I have a lot to be grateful for. Just it has been declining and best to get out of there if things are that bad. Otherwise I feel it's like torturing yourself, which I'm not into. I can put up with quite a lot but I passed breaking point two years ago now.....

Yeah, I've thought about writing it as a novel but my characters usually win in the end.

For me, it's the little 10,000 things that just suck the life out of me. I can handle a lot... A whole lot. But everyone has a limit.

So, here's the next and likely next to the last chapter. Again, funny - but not haha funny...

So, when last we caught up with our intrepid little suicide wanna be, he's gotten a diagnosis of blood cancer. I see the oncologist on Feb 5 for that. It seems like a very slow cancer that with treatment can run out 10-15 years but with no treatment, it's got a run of about 1-4 years. Seems that I was "diagnosed" with this while in the hospital in a coma back in 2017 but given all the immediate problems, it got overlooked. So... we'll see where we go with that. The diabetes is a thing... still taking Metformin at the moment and trying to keep insulin at bay, although I think having a good bit of insulin on hand might be a way to go.

My wife lost her job in late December. She's looking but in the meantime things are tight - really tight and the medical costs don't help. I'm thinking of just quitting all the necessary meds - what's it going to do" Kill me? LOL

So here's the real knee slapper: Yesterday, I had a contempt of trial court hearing because I can't pay my horrible ex-wife her monthly blood money. At this point it's over 60% of my total earnings. I present the entire situation to the judge and she orders me to resume my monthly payments PLUS $1000 month to pay the back due amount, plus gives the ex's lawyer $5000 in legal expenses. There's just no way.... If I don't do as she ordered, she's putting me in jail in April.

You know, for the longest time, I've wanted to CTB and get out of this miserable existence but now, it's looking like I have no choice. I'm worth far more dead than alive and my dying will make matters easier for everyone. It seems like the world has finally lined up on the fact that I need to go.
