I take some medicines for my illnesses. I have noticed a good interaction that keeps me awake for a while and in an optimal state of mind.

It is the following combo:

1mg alprazolam
100mg trazodone
10mg zolpidem
5mg diazepam

In this state I would drink or do anything while in a very relaxed waking state.

I would take them hours in advance and make sure to drink SN in that state in a hotel room.

As you see?

Benzos seem to be recommended just to calm anxiety.

I'll try today removing trazone to see if I'm still the same. The only thing I would need is the antiemetic :_(
I wouldn't recommend stopping anit-depressant if you are prescribed it, it wouldn't affect SN anyway I think.

I take paroxetine in the morning and trazodone at night. Two antidepressants. But on CTB day I don't plan to take them. One day I have skipped them and, although it is not recommended,

I did not know it was recommended.
