I am on my parent's health insurance (and possibly life and others). Is there a way (other than a living will) to ensure that my parents do not receive any money as a result of my suicide (likely jumping off a bridge).

I'm not sure if things work differently in Canada, but health insurance typically does not pay a death benefit. If they pay for a (life) policy in your name and are listed as beneficiaries, there's not much you can do about that. If the policy was written in the last 2 years, they will likely not pay if suicide is listed as method of death. Now, if you have policies and they are listed as beneficiaries, you can change their names and list whomever you want.

Hope this helps!

Hey thanks. Probably is older than 2 years. Before I go I am going to make my note a will, and just hope that works (won't matter anyway, just shows further that I am not in control)
