Would this method work.? im thinking ctb-ing by hypoglycemia since Benadryl makes you sedated plus the alcohol i could throw some more meds in if that's not enough. I think it should work since i have no sugar my body cannot react properly. plus i trained a lot with cold so im planning to do it outside after I've fasted for a few says while being completely drenched so if the hypoglycemia doesn't work maybe the hypothermia will . it should be a fairly painless method if all goes to plan, what do you think

i would advise against it. even if it does work it sounds like it'll be extremely painful and uncomfortable. your body will release ketones when you don't have enough sugar to sustain yourself and it'll keep doing that. please rethink it.

i mean a person who works in the medical field talked about this and ketones are not released because of the high presence of insulin(I'm not diabetic) that pushes the sugar into the body cells and it blocks ketone release thus the body is left with absolutely no fuel source and after a bit it shuts down puting you into a coma. I don't think it would be that painful cuz you become dizzy and have no clue what is going on since i plan on using sedatives plus alcohol so idk . that's why im asking I'm not sure that i understand the process thoroughly and the chance of success.

i think it wouldn't succeed and would simply harm your body in the long term. your method seems very underdeveloped and there doesn't seem to be too much information on it. i was under the impression you were diabetic, in which case it seems POSSIBLE, but if you are not diabetic i don't think you should attempt this at all. very very unlikely to succeed.
