I only had insomnia for about a year. Was mental. Then a bladder issue where I had to pee every hour during the night. Don't know how people deal with it for any longer. Docs messed me up more with pills, withdrawls and brain zaps. Deepened my issue. Then I used simple things like a Liposomal melatonin, adrenal herbs to calm my system down and saw a chiropractor for my nervous system and it helped a lot. Changed my diet. Added magnesium salts, did parasite cleansing. Our minds gets wired and adrenals get tweaked out so no matter how many prescriptions we have, we can mask the symptoms but the problems still simmers. Pills stopped working for me and I found the basic things is what my body needed to function. That's was I felt anyway.
