I can't sleep at all . Only daytime feels quiet enough for me to rest, while the night just keeps me awake, tangled in thoughts.
I'm numb to everything most days now , emotionally mute or overwhelmed.
Anyways does anyone else struggle with bad insomnia?

I don't, I have but I can't afford anything like that now.

Because of financial reasons ? Did you try telehealth ? Depends to your location, but here in EU it is pretty easy to obtain

I struggle with sleeping too and staying alone quiet with my thoughts. I've gotten used to sleeping with music, harsh noise mostly or noisy but low pitch stuff or varied n distinct enough that I can't really think while it's playing. I'm developing tinitus 100% , but I tested it yesterday sleeping with no music and I stayed up until 4 am before finally picking up the headphones. So yeah it's not great, I'm sorry you struggle your way too :/
I second the sleep medicine. And maybe some earplugs if noise is a problem too...

The US healthcare system is a joke ... so I doubt anything would really help
