In the UK are there always inquests into suspected suicides? I don't want one and don't know how to avoid it. I don't want my therapist getting in trouble. I can't cope with the idea that I can even still be screwing up and causing problems beyond the grave.

How would your therapist get in trouble?

I'm hoping what I've written in my note will be enough to stop that. Have a written note for my family and also a huge rant on my phone that explains my decision, basically telling people not to blame any healthcare workers/the NHS.
