Hi,
I decided to make some exercises to slow the body deteriorating problem. I don't go out so I want to know a way to do it inside. If there are some exercises that can be done while watching or playing something, it will be very good (TV, tablet or phone) and time can pass easily.

The reason isn't about being prolife at all but I want to be in control of my body so I can leave in the right moment if I want. If I become weak, leaving will be harder.
