Lately this week has been too complicated, with my two friends, my family and the university.
I'll try to recover and go back to therapy, I'm even thinking about going to the gym because they say it's good support.
I am also trying to keep a stable meal schedule.
I think I can do it, because I just want to change and the problems of this week I want them to go away... what do you think?
