I'm sorry for dropping out of school. I'm sorry for giving up on art when you said I was talented at it. I'm sorry for not considering college. I'm sorry for not taking better care of myself. I'm sorry for sleeping all day and for being on my devices alone in my bedroom all day while my siblings live their lives outside and you run errands. I'm sorry for still living with you despite my age. I'm sorry for saying I wanted to be your son and for saying that I liked girls. I'm sorry mommy and daddy that I disappointed you for the 20 years I've been alive. I'm sorry I didn't take my life sooner. I love you.
