Im so angry all the time i cant take this

Im like dissociative or angry 24 7 while perma tired at the same time it feels like my life is a never ending snuff film with breaks to get my hopes up and all the meanwhile getting help for anything is near impossible to the point ive developed harmful thoughts against others and like i wish i just could be normal im so far gone idk what else to do at this point
