I am so afraid that I will fail to ctb. What is the amount of water needed for sn ingestion?
The amount of sn will be 30 grams. Data in oz or cup measurement please!

usually, it's 50ml (about 1.7 fl. oz.) for 20-25g of SN. however, if you're going to take about 30g of SN, you'd probably need about 2 fl. oz.

Doesn't sound like enough water, but if that's correct thats what it will have to be. Thanks.
