Method i’m scared this isn’t high enough to jump from

my apartment has 9 floors. i can't figure out how many feet that is, but does this sound incredibly dumb? i would land on concrete, so there's no opportunity for my fall to be "softened". but i'm scared 9 stories doesn't even give me a decent chance.
i'd be jumping from one of the hallways so i'm not splat on the ground in front of a bunch of people. it'll even take some looking around to be able to find me but it shouldn't be too hard if people just look around when they pass that area.


i hate that i have a time constraint on this but i'll have to make do. there's this singer i love whom i share a birthday with, and he happened to kill himself on dec 18th. i've always told myself that when i do decide to go, it'll be on december 18th. which means i have less than 4 days to figure this all out but it's for the best.

9 floors is genuinely high enough especially if your apartment building isn't short if u add one more floor to that the mortality rate should be at least 100% which means survival in general terms is largely impossible
