If there was a risk of a large quantity of physical pain I might be spurred into action, yes. Do you want to share what your fear is? For me it would be various forms of torture, especially high-tech torture, life extension, etc.

Yes I'm tired of all the worrying. I think we're also bombarded with too many ideas of things to worry about. But after some bad experiences, you expect more to come

I think you should wait until it's a certainty. After all, if you ended up not losing the house, you would have ctb for no reason.
