im in rehab, how do i suicide

I know it would basically kill my mom too but im in so much pain, like, i have voices everyday that are annoying as fuck. They visualize stuff and go in loops. together with depression and anxiety. So how do i kill myself from rehab? Find the nearest train? Gulp down SN? (Idk how, they would check on it. Or jump.from 5 stories high when im home (in the weekend)

I don't think five stories is high enough, you may survive. Unfortunately, without resources, it's hard to ctb unless you choose a painful method. If pain is not a factor, there are plenty of ways

Only you can decide what method is best for yourself, it's a personal thing making the decision of which method as it depends on your situation and what is able to be accessed. Suicide really is so difficult and if it was much easier I would already be gone. It really does sound so awful what you are going through and I cannot even imagine how hard it must be having to endure that. I hope that in whatever happens, you find relief from your suffering.
