I have ideas, Big ideas for Full suspension/Short Drop Hanging.

Step. 1: Administer chloroform for 5 Minutes to achieve unconsciousness

Step. 2: ?

That's my problem, In order to hang via full suspension you need to kick the bucket or kick the stool to achieve that, but I'll be unconscious during that (Step 2). I'm thinking about solutions for this problem, and perhaps I could build a platform that collapses by itself? Something out of Minecraft or something ridiculous like a portable gallows, Does anyone know the technicals behind something like that?

you can do partial with it tho, possibly you will start to nod after good chloroform exposure and slide off chair naturally. some hinged horizontal bar attached on the wall can act as an anchor point

and for full hanging i think, you will lose myotonus after chloroform so it's technically impossible to stay on elevated bases but you will start losing coordination before you lose consciousness so odds are you will be semi-conscious and still experience all awhile.

also homemade guilotine is more worth engineer efforts

It's an interesting idea. It wouldn't have occurred to me. I'm not an engineer so you could use one or more vibrating objects on the legs of the chair. The vibrations will cause the chair to move until the full or partial hang works. It's a very basic idea but it occurred to me now.

How would you keep standing as you lose consciousness? It would be better to automate something while you're laying down. If you've watched enough movies you might have seen someone use a candle with some string to delay a trap.

Have you ever considered tables or chairs that have wheels on them? I don't know it that would be silly or if it would even work, but it could be easier to move that around than a sturdy object like a normal chair? Even if unnconscious maybe while thrashing around?

Place your stool not directly under your anchor point. When you pass out you will swing off the stool, you don´t even need to kick the stool away.

If you are a friend of technical gimmicks: Use an electric winch and rewire the operating unit. When the button is not pressed the winch will start to lift you up.

when you pass out you won't be able to stand on the chair. Your muscles will relax shortly after, your legs, hips, and back (all areas that deal with balance/coordination) will go limp, the chair might even just fall over from you losing your balance. If you really wanted to, you could stand on the edge of the chair, it will be more likely that you will roll off the chair and the chair will be pushed behind you. I will have mine actually built to where i don't need a chair, i will have a platform and a trap door, the trap door will be big enough to where i can just pull a lever, or press a button on a remote and the trap door will open and i will drop about 1-1.5 feet down and the hanging will commence from there. I have a lot of space to build and execute this.

I wish he would have stated it in a compassionate way instead of in such a harsh way, but what seems to be clear is that leaving the chloroform alone is what would work- why over-complicate things? I know you want it to be more peaceful, but usually to get to the other side, or wherever, there is some trauma.

If yuo do true full suspension and not partial, and the setup is solid, there is no way that will happen- I have seen videos of this and the arms lose most of their strength almost immediately- you may reach for the rope to try to get it but the strength won't be there to do anything to stop the attempt. Only someone rescuing you would, and this you don't want- one guy rescued after ten minutes all his life has been a vegetable since.

Of course you can buy an electric winch, but you need a electrician to rewire the operating unit. I would choose the first option: Stool not directly under the anchor point.
