• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I hate this feeling, it feels like I'm stuck, and anxious, and shivering, and it just feels so bad overall, I can't think of anything right now. I wish I'd disappear

I haven't.... my understanding is that for a while it feels as though it's getting worse but with some time it definitely gets easier. Find as much strength as you can.

ooooh man im so sorry for you. i recently did that to self again, was every bit as awful as i remember it being in years past. i was able to use some short acting meds, vistaril, zofran, to help me taper down off one thing, then a short acting med to transition back to suboxone. 30mg morphine at midnight -> 8mg suboxone at 11am didn't get bad precipitated withdrawal, dosed every 12 hours for two days now down to 8mg/sub/day and feel good.
withdrawals are so fkn awful like, it's hard to understand the extent of it without experiencing it. dm's open if u wanna say/ask anything else, wish i could help you out of it, i had help switching back to norms meds thankfully. feels nice to not wear 2 pair sunglasses when i leave the house anymore

Distracting myself as hard as possible has always been my go to when coming off of anything or dealing with awful feelings in general. This could make things worse for some people but I personally have found that it helps me to zone out and distract myself with multiple forms of media at once.

Maybe not the best option for everyone but it has helped me before to put on instrumental music and a podcast/youtube video at the same time with the volume of one considerably lower lol.

Anyways, hopefully the symptoms have gotten a little less intense by now as I saw you posted this on Friday.
