This shitty lockdown couldn't have happened in a worse time than now. Everything is falling apart in my life and all I think about righ now is to get away of that feeling. God I hate myself.

You and me to brother, I was currently tapering off benzos but now I only got appointments through phone calls and because I didn´t follow their plan they cut me off fucking shrinks.
I didn´t have much before but at least I had social interaction with my psychiatrist a couple times a month plus the drive up there which I enjoy and driving up to the shooting range two times a month where I sometimes would socialize with some people btw I got no friends so those two things are my only ways of socializing.

Same. I feel like a ticking time bomb. I just want this to be over but it won't be. I'm in the worst place I could be with family, only a few months out of the psych ward so everyone is watching me still.
