Tried to ctb on January 1st and failed. Was deferred to the MH crisis team, started talk therapy and resumed meditating, positive affirmations, watching Tim Fisher videos and reading books on recovery. Was doing really well, then today just gave up and seemed to see the shitiness with horrible clarity. I'm back on the ctb path after vowing to myself enough is enough. This life can't be fixed with positivity and talking..my personal circumstances are nightmare fuel. After being let down and ripped off for the last time it's time to try again and this time not screw it up. No more ambulances and angry relations. I'm determined to bring this nonsense to it's inevitable conclusion.
