Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Well, apparently, it's highly toxic. Something to do with absorbing moisture at an alarming rate. Probably why it's in food packaging. In case you didn't know. Good try in looking into it, thoughHonestly I have no idea, the fact that the packaging clearly states it's not for consumption is one thing but when I read up a bit about it I came across articles there they stated that it was harmful but not deadly harmful and after getting confused I just stopped looking into that method as well and just opted for something else.

Not sure if it works, but now I want beef jerky...
Modern egyptians should really be implementing this :/ (no offense intended to egyptians)this is one of those moments where I realized I should be less trusting of the internet. That is a good question though what happens if you do. I can understand using it for like mummification or something like that. What would happen...
What's stopping you, my friend? Beef jerky is so good, you should have some nowNot sure if it works, but now I want beef jerky...

Damn, then why the big fuss? Being honest, the warnings make it very dramaticSilica gel/pellets are not really all that dangerous.. they just absorb moisture... the warning is there as more of a choking hazard for kids...
xo

What was it like, now I'm genuinely curiousI also want to add
I tried eating them when i was desperate as a teen. Did nothing.
I tried sooo many things. Bear in mind i was 13 or so and very desperate without information on what woul work and what wouldn't. Oh boy, desperate times they were. I even tried drinking dish soap.
Yeah, you are right.... they give the impression they coul kill if swallowed.
Did you know that somewhere, there's a full on botanic-garden style place, except all the plants and bushes there are lethal? One of them is the source of cyanide, tooHonestly, nothing happened. Just like eating plastic I guess, Lol
I don't blame you for being curious though. I am still curious and reading up on plants and even found out rhubarb leaves are toxic. It's interesting finding out these things.

I remember! The Poison Garden in Englands Ainwick GardenYeah, when I was looking at poisonous/toxic plants I came across it. Somewhere in Europe if I remember correctly.
It's crazy what this world contains, literally anything is possible.Yah! I saw it. I wish I could go and taste some of the things in that garden. Even touching some of those plants can kill you. Amazing
