• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

I already know it will be painful, im fully prepared for that. I don't care anymore. what's a otc pill that, no matter the level of pain, will kill someone within a few hours - a day? also, if you know around how many, that would be great.

Paracetamol is probably the most straightforward answer to your question. A dose of about 15-20 tablets of 500 mg (7.5-10 grams) is enough to cause severe liver failure, with a dose exceeding 30-40 tablets (15-20 grams) significantly increasing the likelihood of death without medical intervention. The toxicity comes from the production of a metabolite called NAPQI, which destroys liver cells. Symptoms begin within 24 hours with nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain, while liver damage becomes evident within 24-72 hours, leading to multi-organ failure and potential death by the third or fourth day. While it's one of the most lethal over-the-counter drugs, medical intervention with N-acetylcysteine within 8-24 hours can reverse the damage, so it's not 100% guaranteed. Additionally, factors like liver health and alcohol consumption can affect the lethal dose.

OTC meds are terribly safe.
I suggest checking out what you can get and see what toxicology is available on google.

None. OTC medications are available to the public specifically because of how safe they are, and the insane amount you'd have to consume to even have a slim chance of dying. Even if you were to reach lethal levels, it would definitely take several hours or even days for you to finally go out, and you'd very likely be found and taken to the hospital before that happens.

I used to think that I can just OD on OTC medication, but I've now realised that it won't work. OTC meds are OTC, hence easily accessible, they are OTC because they are deemed safe in cases of OD. I've done over the toxic amount for Paracetamol, I'm still alive.

I'm not saying you should try this, but drinking several litres of water in less than an hour could kill you. Eating 1kg of salt in one go could also kill you.

Here's the problem tho, your organs will swell, especially your brain. You will probably experience a stroke (brain bleeding). I know you said you didn't care about pain, but seriously, those symptoms will suck. Please I insist you don't do that.

Find another method.

I haven't found a working combo yet, I've done it all from ibuprofen, Tylenol, NyQuil, Lexapro, various anxiety and depression meds and sleep aid meds - many many many painful excruciating overdoses later I'm still alive- just in more pain. Please find a better method. My recent combo of NyQuil and Lexapro only led to serotonin syndrome, days of misery in the er only to be hauled off to physch...
