Probably not. It's not really something you have control over. I have sleep apnea, myself, and I'm guilty of not using my CPAP at all even though I'm supposed to because it's pretty severe. My understanding is that most sleep apnea deaths are heart-related and quite sudden.

Death from sleep apnea can happen, but it's my understanding that's quite random. The long term effects are more worrisome.

When you stop breathing in your sleep, the body will become alerted and you simply wake up. You're maybe not aware of these episodes yourself.

If you really want to die I would suggest another method like N.
